Have the Coffee Truck set up at your event
$100 Set-Up Fee
1-3 Hours: $450 Refundable Deposit
3-6 Hours: $850 Refundable Deposit
6+ Hours: $120/Hour Refundable Deposit
Refundable Deposits are sales goals. For example, if there is an event that is 2 ½ hours, a $450 Refundable Deposit will be placed to hold the event. If there are $200 in sales, the host will receive a refund for $200. If there are $475 in sales, the host will receive the full $450 refund. Times and sales goals will be determined and verified prior to receiving the first deposit. Changes must be reported no later than 7 days before the event.

Drink Tickets
$100 Set-Up Fee
1 Hour: 25 Ticket Minimum
2-3 Hours: 65 Ticket Minimum
3-6 Hours: 120 Ticket Minimum
6+ Hours: Determined upon Reservation
Drink Tickets can be purchased for $6 Each and can be redeemed for any 12oz Drink from the menu during a time frame that will be pre-determined before receiving the first deposit. Unused tickets are non-refundable. Changes must be reported no later than 7 days before the event.
Unlimited Drinks

(30 Bracelet Minimum)
1-3 Hours: $25 per bracelet
3-6 Hours: $45 per bracelet
6+ Hours: Determined upon reservation
Guests with a bracelet will be able to obtain 12oz Drinks from the menu during a time frame that will be pre-determined before receiving the first deposit. Changes must be reported no later than 7 days before the event.
